Information we process
We process the username and email address you provide, account security records, your license and entitlement history, and limited technical records needed to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
Passwords are handled through our authentication infrastructure and are never displayed to Strafehub staff. One-time email codes are short-lived and are not stored in the website.
Payments
Komerza processes checkout and payment information. Strafehub receives the order identifiers and status needed to deliver a license. We do not ask the website to collect or store full payment card details.
Service providers
We use Cloudflare for website delivery and abuse protection, Supabase for account and database infrastructure, Upstash for short-lived security and rate-limit data, Resend for transactional email, Railway for the API, and Komerza for payments.
Retention and control
We retain account and purchase records while your account is active and as needed for security, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Some purchase records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encrypted transport, short-lived verification challenges, and restricted service credentials. No internet service can promise absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
